Pier Francesco Faggiano is one of the founding partners of Dentons in Italy and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice in Italy.

He has an extensive experience assisting clients on private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures and other corporate law matters, including corporate governance issues.

He has a consolidated expertise advising on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganizations.

He focuses on a number of different sectors, such as Food & Beverage, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
