Davide Boffi is a partner in Dentons’ Milan office and the Head of the Employment and Labor practice in Italy and Europe.

Davide has significant experience in employment and labor law, trade union and industrial relations, as well as agency contracts.

He provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to national and international clients and advice on reorganization processes, incentive plans, and collective agreements.

He also advises on retention and stock option plans.

Davide’s assistance includes drafting privacy policies, internal procedures and disciplinary codes.

He is speaker in the Master courses on Employment and Labour law for lawyers and HR managers organized by Il Sole 24 Ore (i.e. «Master di diritto del lavoro, contenzioso e relazioni sindacali»)
