Sara Poetto is a partner in our Milan office and a member of the global Real Estate practice.

Sara has extensive experience in real estate law and regularly advises leading Italian and international operators in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dismissals, both asset and share deals, redevelopment and development projects, repossession and post-acquisition management of real estate portfolios for various asset classes (including office, retail, logistics, hospitality and residential).
