Employment and Labor

Luca De Menech is a partner of Dentons’ Milan office and a member of the global Employment and Labor practice.

Luca is specialized in labor and trade union law and he provides legal assistance to Italian and international companies operating in various industries, including the chemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, fashion, transport, services and credit sectors.

He has gained significant experience in relation to all labor law matters concerning the ordinary and extraordinary management of companies, with particular reference to bankruptcy procedures and corporate reorganizations as well as aspects related to remuneration, incentive plans and compensation. He deals with both contentious and non-contentious work.
