Federico Sutti is Chairman of Dentons’ Europe Board and Italy Managing Partner.

Federico has extensive experience in M&A transactions, particularly in the Real Estate sector, advising Italian and international clients in the acquisition of assets and portfolios, as well as relevant, complex developments.

In particular, these include some of the most prominent regeneration developments (Scalo Farini in Milan), as well as important projects in the residential, office, logistic, retail and hotel (among others, and more recently, two Four Seasons and the Six Senses in Rome) sectors.

Moreover, Federico has been involved in real estate financings. Among many, he represented the lenders in the context of two of the most relevant real estate developments in Italy in recent years (“Citylife” - covering an area of 366,000 sq.m. for an overall value of €1.8 billion, and “Varesine” -covering an area of 51,100 sq.m. for an overall value of €800 million, both located in Milan).

Furthermore, he regularly assists clients in complex restructurings of situations with a significant real estate component (and, among others, Mezzaroma and Parnasi Group).

In November 2014 Federico was appointed by the Ministry of Industry Commissionaire under the Prodi Law of Infocontact (a company with 1.800 employees operating in Southern Italy).

Federico launched Dentons in Italy in 2015. Nowadays, Dentons counts over 150 professionals operating in Milan and Rome, and is one of the most reputable international law firms in Italy.
