Abbey Varns is a UK-qualified associate and a member of the Corporate practice in Dentons’ Prague office. She focuses her practice primarily on corporate law, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and general corporate advisory. Abbey is a graduate of the University of Warwick (Bachelor of Laws, LLB).
