Zsombor Frankó is an associate in the Real Estate practice group of Dentons’ Budapest office. His practice primarily focuses on real estate, general corporate, M&A and financing transactional work, construction, hospitality, hotel and commercial contracts. He has been regularly assisting on various transactions relating to acquisitions and corporate restructuring processes.
