Gábor Velkey is an associate in the Employment, Corporate/M&A and Private Equity practice groups of Dentons’ Budapest office. He regularly advises domestic and international clients on a broad variety of employment compliance and labor relations issues, with a special focus on workforce restructuring and reorganization (including transfers of undertaking), contracting and termination, remuneration policies and executive incentives.
