Senior Associate

Neli Tsivtsivadze is a senior associate at Dentons' Tbilisi Office. She is a member of Dentons’ Corporate team. Neli has extensive experience in corporate and real estate registrations, perfection and registration of pledge, mortgage and other encumbrances on rights, titles and interests in real estate, shares, vehicles, receivables; communication with various state and public authorities; international corporate documentation matters, drafting of powers of attorney and corporate authorizations, due diligence and deal closings.

Neli Tsivtsivadze has particular experience as an advisor to issuers and dealer managers on major capital markets transactions handled by the firm. Neli is the lead assistant on all our capital markets transactions since 2018.
