Associate

Lela Basilaia is an Associate at Dentons' Tbilisi Office. Lela’s work focuses on company and representative registrations, international corporate documentation matters and legal research.

In 2017, she interned at Tax Law Clinic Studies at Chicago-Kent Law Offices.

Georgia, English and Russian

Lela is a member of Georgia Bar Association since 2021. She is a member of Georgian Association of Arbitrators (GAA) and Arbitration Initiative Georgia (AIG). In 2025, she served as a sole Arbitrator under GIAC rules on the commercial dispute.
