Partner 

Avto is a Partner at Dentons' Tbilisi Office. His practice focuses on corporate, real estate, finance and construction matters. Previously he has acted for clients on some of the largest M&A transactions on the Georgian market in banking and telecommunications, major real estate and infrastructure privatization matters.

His practice involves providing advice on corporate law and capital markets issues, representation of international development and investment banks in project finance.

Prior to joining Dentons, Avto worked as a Partner at DLA Piper Georgia LP. He was a Lawyer for International Finance Corporation (IFC) on its Georgia Business Development Project and was an in-house counsel for the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund.
