Position

David Levy is a counsel at the Dentons Paris office. He is a member of the Tax group.

David focuses on French and international tax law. He advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, fund structuring and on structuring investments in the private equity and real estate sectors, in France and abroad.

He acts for a wide variety of clients such as investment funds, banks, corporate/company groups, entrepreneurs and family offices, notably on fund structuring, private equity acquisitions, real estate transactions, project finance transactions, corporate restructuring schemes, international estate planning and tax litigation.
