Tanit Gendre is a counsel in Dentons’ Paris office and a member of the Corporate/M&A group.

Tanit is involved in all types of business law operations (mergers and acquisitions, sales of businesses, asset disposals, reorganizations, investments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances), both domestic and cross-border.

Tanit regularly advises major French and foreign corporations as well as SMEs from various sectors, for their operations in France and internationally. She has solid experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions, particularly in the healthcare, nutrition, and heavy industry sectors.

In this context or independently, Tanit also frequently assists in negotiating and drafting numerous commercial contracts.
