Pierre-Marie Gallo is a counsel in Dentons’ Paris office and a member of the M&A and Private Equity group.

He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, advising both listed and unlisted companies as well as French and international investment funds and family offices.

Pierre-Marie assists his clients throughout the full cycle of their strategic operations, including fundraising, acquisitions, disposals, equity investments, and complex cross-border reorganizations.

He has specific expertise in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare/life sciences, energy and infrastructure.
