Cécile Bayle is a partner at Dentons' Paris office. She is head of the Corporate Law practice within the Corporate M&A group.

Cécile focuses her practice on assisting French and international groups in monitoring their French subsidiaries, both in their day-to-day operations (creation, annual legal monitoring, statutory amendments, recapitalization operations, etc.) and in complex and international reorganization operations (mergers, contributions, transfers of activities, changes of nationality, etc.).

She provides specific support to companies listed on the Paris stock exchange and more generally advises listed and unlisted companies on issues of governance, management packages, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and compliance with regulatory obligations, particularly in the field of ESG.

Cécile also assists foreign groups in their initial establishment or expansion in France, helping them structure their projects, define their governance, and ensure necessary group-level reporting.

Cécile works closely with the Tax and Employment Law groups and frequently participates in M&A and Private Equity transactions involving audits, reorganizations, structuring, and the issuance of complex financial instruments.
