Philippine de Fouchier is a counsel in Dentons' Paris office. She is a member of the Banking and Finance group.

She advises on French and international transactions in the banking and finance sector, mainly in real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and fund finance.

Philippine is also involved in a wide range of complex financing transactions, including bank and/or bond financings, and advises both creditors and debtors.
