Senior Associate

Eamonn (He/Him/His) is a senior associate with Dentons’ Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group. Eamonn’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receivership, debt collection, security enforcement, and related litigation. He regularly assists clients on insolvency-related matters, including proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and related transactions.

Eamonn has appeared before the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia.

After graduating from law school, Eamonn was a judicial law clerk for five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Prior to joining Dentons as an associate, Eamonn summered and articled with the Firm.

Prior to attending law school, Eamonn worked as a land use planner at British Columbia’s Provincial Agricultural Land Commission. Eamonn’s work there included assisting on judicial reviews of land use decisions and coordinating legislative appeals of enforcement actions.
