Simone Nash is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons’ Toronto office. Simone’s practice focuses on a wide range of debt financings and related transactions. She has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers with respect to various complex financing structures including asset-based lending, acquisition financings, real estate financings and syndicated financings.
