Associate

Valentine Vandendriessche is an associate of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Brussels, registered with the Brussels Bar.

Having a keen interest in corporate related law in the broadest sense, Valentine specializes in (Alternative) Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Restructuring and White Collar Crime.

Valentine regularly advises authorities, national and multinational companies on insolvency law, real estate law, corporate law, ADR, criminal law and liability law.

Before joining Dentons, Valentine gained professional experience working at Arcas Law in Brussels and Janson in Ghent, where she specialized in Dispute Resolution, White Collar Crime, Fraud and Asset Recovery.

Her academic credentials include a master’s degree from the KU Leuven and a postgraduate degree from the University of Amsterdam (cum laude).

In 2019, Valentine was awarded the Security Talent Award for her master's thesis at KU Leuven titled “Medewerkingsplicht in het kader van virtuele munten” (“Duty to Cooperate in the Context of Virtual Currencies”). She has also been actively engaged in the legal profession’s institutional life: from 2021 to 2023, she served as Chair of the Commission of Trainee Lawyers at the Ghent Bar, and in 2024–2025, she was a member of the Bar Council of the Ghent Bar.
