Senior Associate

Richard is a Belgian qualified lawyer in the Dentons’ Brussels office and registered with the Brussels Bar. Having a keen interest in dealmaking and corporate matters, Richard specializes in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Richard regularly advises domestic and international clients on complex transactions in the Belgian market, acting for both the buy-side and the sell-side. Richard also has extensive experience handling national and cross-border corporate restructurings for companies and not-for-profit entities.

Prior to joining Dentons, Richard gained professional experience working at ALTIUS and EY Law in Brussels.

Richard graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai and KU Leuven, where he gained extensive knowledge of Economic, International, European and Chinese Business law.
