Associate

Téo Diprima is a junior associate of the Banking and Finance practice in Brussels, registered with the Brussels Bar.

Having a keen interest in Financial Regulation and Financial Transactions, Téo specializes in (i) banking regulation; (ii) financial institutions regulatory; (iii) bank and financial transactions; (iv) corporate finance; (v) capital markets; and (vi) restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy.

Téo regularly advises Belgian and international clients on banking and financial law aspects.

Téo has graduated from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) with a master’s degree in business law and from The University of Edinburgh with an LL.M in International Banking Law & Finance.
