Career
Thomas Naenen is a junior associate of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Brussels, registered with the Brussels Bar.
Having a keen interest in corporate related law in the broadest sense, Thomas specializes in (Alternative) Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Restructuring and White Collar Crime.
Thomas regularly advises authorities, national and multinational companies on insolvency law, real estate law, corporate law, ADR, criminal law and liability law.
Before joining Dentons, Thomas gained professional experience working at Arcas Law in Brussels, where he specialized in White Collar Crime, Fraud and Asset Recovery.
His academic credentials include a master’s degree from University of Antwerp (cum laude) and a postgraduate degree from the KU Leuven.
Lastly, Thomas was awarded the first prize in the prestigious VPG pleading competition (the Brussels Bar’s official moot court) in 2025. As a result of this victory, he qualified for the Southern Pleading Competitions (Zuidelijke Pleitwedstrijden) in The Netherlands and next year’s Vlaams Pleitjuweel.
