Tom is Director at DWF and works primarily in dispute resolution for major international insurers, Lloyd's of London syndicates and their clients.

Tom has considerable experience in coverage disputes, especially in Bermuda Form Arbitration and disputes between insurers. He also defends insured clients, ranging from banks, manufactures, professionals and directors.

Tom works regularly with DWF's corporate department assisting corporate clients with insurance matters, including advising directors and insolvency practitioners.

Prior to joining DWF, Tom worked as a broker for Aon Reinsurance's London office. Following this he was an underwriting assistant in Lloyd's of London for Beazley's US professional liability team before completing his legal training at a specialist London Market law firm. He then spent a year on secondment in a major international insurer's financial lines claims team as an in-house solicitor.

From this he has gained a wealth of expertise and experience in professional indemnity, property, casualty, product liability and D&O Insurance. Tom also has in-depth experience with cross border disputes through his involvement in DWF's global disputes team.
