Ewa Lewandowska is an attorney-at-law specializing in civil and commercial law, advises on real estate transactions, prepares due diligence reports on the legal status of real properties, negotiates and formulates transaction documents, prepares and negotiates lease agreements for commercial office space, and has experience in the field of state aid law and incentives investment.

She advises clients in all stages of the transaction, from conducting an examination of the legal status of real estate and preparing a due diligence report to elaborating and negotiating of complex set of the transaction documentation, including the financing of the acquisition.

Ewa is also a market-recognized specialist in negotiating and renegotiating leases, particularly for office premises. She drafted and negotiated lease agreements for space in the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw and throughout Poland. She also represents both tenants and landlords in day-to-day matters, including disputes, related to existing lease.

Ewa also supports developers from the office and residential sectors in negotiating good neighbourhood agreements.

She has been recognised by The Legal 500 in Real Estate.
