Osman Akın is partner in OGB. He has over 30 years of Corporate Law, Labor & Employment, Mergers & Acquisitions and Privatization Law experience.
He assists companies in connection with corporate based transactions. He also advises in the areas of national and international contract law to Turkish and international companies. In addition, Dr. Akın serves clients in the area of Labor & Employment and also advises on real estate law. He has been involved in various privatizations and big-size transactions for domestic and multinational companies.
He also served at the Board of various İstanbul Stock Exchange listed companies. Dr. Osman Akın has written his doctoral thesis on the “suspension of the employment contract under labor law”
