Bartosz Clemenz, LL.M., Polish legal advisor and member of the New York State Bar, is a Partner in DWF's Warsaw Real Estate Department.

His practice focuses on advising on real estate transactions (asset deals and share deals) as well as development projects. For more than 20 years, he has advised major investors on significant commercial real estate transactions in Poland and in other CEE countries.

His expertise includes advising on the preparation and negotiation of transactional documentation, portfolio transactions, securing international corporate structures for acquisition and development projects, securing zoning and construction permits for investment projects, negotiating leases and legal asset management.

Bartosz's extensive experience includes advising on transactions conducted in the office, warehouse, retail and residential segments of the real estate market.

He has been recognised in Chambers Europe in Band 4 for Real Estate.
