Weronika Roesler is an advocate and a Local Partner at the Real Estate Department at DWF Poland. Her legal practice focuses on real estate transactions, with particular focus on sales and acquisitions of real properties (including transactions in the forward sale / forward purchase formula).

Her experience includes also preparation of and participation in negotiations of commercial lease agreements as well as agreements for the purposes of the construction process like construction works agreements or design works agreements.

She conducts legal due diligence of real properties of various designations and participates in drafting due diligence reports. She is also involved in provision of day-to-day legal services related to corporate matters.
