Marcin Laudan has extensive experience in providing legal services mainly in the public procurement and IT sectors, as well as in the pharmaceutical and new media sectors. He has led legal teams and supported clients in major public tenders in the software and hardware sector. Prior to joining DWF, Marcin worked as an in-house lawyer at a leading global IT company, including in mergers and acquisitions in Poland and the Baltic countries. At DWF Marcin Laudan also supports the Personal Data Protection, Cyber Security and Technology Compliance team in IT projects, data transfer and cloud solutions.
