Filip Urbaniak is an attorney-at-law, an experienced transactional lawyer advising clients in wide range of legal issues. He specializes in domestic and cross border corporate, investments and commercial matters. Before joining DWF he worked for more than 18 years in Warsaw offices of leading US law firms. He is a qualified Polish attorney-at-law.

As a corporate lawyer he advises clients on transactions involving public offerings of shares, bond issue programs and mergers and acquisitions. He has also advised on securities law regulatory issues, corporate governance and the legal aspects of investor relations.

Working across the sector groups, with a particular focus on energy, Filip advises and coordinates work of various practice groups for his industrial clients.

In recent years he has been also active in supporting clients in cross border transactions in Europe, US, Australia and particularly in Southeast Asia.
