Paulina Sawicka is an advocate with almost 11 years of experience in providing legal advice on public procurement to public and private entities implementing infrastructure investments with particular emphasis on the rail and road sector.

In her practice, she focuses on advising public entities at each stage of the public procurement procedure, including in particular the preparation of draft tender documentation, providing legal opinions, as well as supporting contracting authorities during the work of tender committees. She advises contractors applying for the award of a contract, including on the correctness of prepared bids, explanations and documents submitted during the tender, and represents the contractors before the National Appeal Chamber. The scope of legal advisory services provided by Paulina also includes support for clients at the stage of execution of public procurement contracts, including in particular those based on FIDIC contract templates. She provides comprehensive legal assistance in the area of ongoing client service at the stage of investment execution, including contractors’ claims, creation of subcontractor agreements and negotiation of changes in contractual provisions.
