Lech Najbauer is an attorney-at-law and a Counsel in DWF Warsaw office.

He practices in the areas of corporate and administrative law, and in commercial transactions. Lech's experience includes representing Polish and foreign companies in corporate law matters, sale or purchase of shares; mergers and acquisitions — specifically in relation to anti-monopoly issues.
