Joanna Wojnarowska is an expert in real estate transactions with more than 25 years of professional experience. Her expertise includes representation of investors in matters related to real estate transactions, site and income assets acquisitions and disposals, construction matters, “green field” investments, as well as development and commercialization of all asset classes in Poland. During her practice Joanna Wojnarowska advises investors and developers on legal aspects of construction, commercialization and sale and acquisition of the most prestigious projects on the Polish market. Since many years Joanna is a top-ranked lawyer in the field of real estate and construction in international rankings such as Chambers Europe and Legal 500.

She is a member of the Executive Committee of Urban Land Institute in Poland and is active in European Product Council Mixed Use group. As part of her ULI Poland activities Joanna is involved in a number of events, among others: meetings with mayors of Polish cities within the "Around a City in 8 Questions" series.
