As a litigation specialist, I have handled many commercial litigation and property related disputes and have experience of all court jurisdictions with the main focus on the High Court and the Supreme Court.

I am a litigation specialist with nearly 20 years experience working in complex commercial litigation. Since 2009, I have specialised in professional indemnity insurance.

My professional indemnity experience includes acting for a variety of insurers in complex solicitors claims, as well as other professional negligence claims against accountants, brokers, financial advisors, charities and health professionals. I also advise the Manager of the Special Purpose Fund (for Solicitors in Ireland) in relation to coverage issues that arise upon notification of claims/circumstances to the Fund and acting in litigation on behalf of the Fund. I have also acted as legal counsel for the Confederation of European Baseball.

I have diplomas in arbitration and international arbitration and am a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators (Irish Branch). I am qualified in Ireland and have also been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
