I deal with a broad range of personal injury claims for a variety of sectors. My experience includes advising both insurers and self-insured entities in relation to product liability, bullying and harassment and defamation actions. I also providee coverage advice and have represented insurers in coverage disputes.

I have particular experience in dealing with equestrian cases, including cases involving lifelong catastrophic injuries, amputations, significant orthopaedic injuries and acquired brain injury. I have represented clients in disputes in all court jurisdictions in Ireland.
