Florence is a highly experienced litigation lawyer, who only defends court cases or prevents court cases being raised. She also drafts settlement agreements and IP contracts.

Her clients include start-up companies with IP issues (trademark oppositions, trademark disputes, copyright counterfeiting actions), listed or non-listed companies involved in construction disputes or more general main stream commercial disputes (agency agreements, libel and slander actions, contractual liability disputes, debt recovery in receivership/bankruptcy situations), professionals such as architects, factors managing co-owned properties (syndics de copropriété) and private individuals involved in real estate disputes. I defend their rights at all stages of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings before all competent French courts.

Her areas of practice therefore mainly involve intellectual property law, construction law, real estate law, co-ownership law, professional liability (notably for accountants and auditors), contractual liability and more generally commercial law as a whole.
