Pascale specialises in corporate law, securities law and corporate financing for both public and private corporations, corporate governance and structuring of shareholder relations.

Pascale is an expert in the rang of capital investment transactions including venture capital, development capital, LBO/MBOs, as well as in certain capital market transactions such as IPOs and PIPEs. She regularly acts in connection with private transactions, intra group organisations, mergers and acquisitions, and the incorporation of joint ventures, both in domestic and multijurisdictional contexts.

Pascale has extensive experience in assisting growth companies, whether public or private including in the life sciences sector (biotech/medtech) and high technology sector, and has provided advice throughout the various phases of their corporate existence and development, and in relation to their build-up and closing transactions.
