Principal Lawyer and Deputy General Counsel ‑ International

Andrew’s key experience is in commercial transactions, corporate governance and commercial dispute resolution and litigation. His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial transactional work, from working with start-ups to overseeing corporate arrangements for major established businesses. 

Andrew and his team handle a diverse range of asset management arrangements, licensing arrangements, technical and trade contracts, incorporated and unincorporated joint venture arrangements and service and subcontracting arrangements. His work also includes the drafting of internal corporate and commercial policies, encompassing HR requirements and employment law disputes.  

In addition to his business clients, Andrew acts to represent the commercial interests of a number of national non-profit organisations, charities and religious bodies. He has also assisted a number of multinational enterprises in structuring and governing their Australian commercial arrangements.
