Brent is a front-end construction law specialist with over 18 years’ experience practising in the areas of construction, public private partnerships (PPP), major projects and infrastructure. He is recognised and trusted by his clients, for consistently providing commercially pragmatic and concise legal advice and guidance.

Brent advises contractor and government clients on front-end construction matters, and on the delivery of major infrastructure projects. His expertise includes advising on bid strategy and documentation, evaluation, award and project delivery.

Of note, is Brent’s recent major project experience in the transport and infrastructure sectors, including key rolling stock PPPs in New South Wales, as well as road infrastructure projects in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. He has also advised both public and private sector clients on energy, resources and water infrastructure projects in Australia, including both the Adelaide and Victorian Desalination Plant projects.
