Sina is a Principal Lawyer in DWF’s national Employment, Safety and Regulatory team, and is based in DWF's Sydney office.

Principal Lawyer

Sina has practiced as a specialist workplace relations lawyer since 2007, and has been a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law since 2013. 

Sina specialises in helping business resolve difficult workplace issues, and his particular areas of expertise include contentious and advisory work on employment matters (including general protections, unfair dismissals, discrimination/human rights and breach of contract claims) and industrial matters (including enterprise bargaining, unprotected industrial action and bargaining disputes).

Throughout his career, he has provided strategic and value-adding advice, representation and assistance to employers, institutional clients and senior executives in a range of industry sectors, including building/construction, transport, aviation, FMCG, government, insurance, technology, energy, professional services, education and not-for-profit.

Sina also has considerable experience presenting to human resources professionals, executives and industry peers at a number of industry seminars and workshops. He enjoys discussing and unpacking legal issues in an engaging and informative manner.

Outside of the office, Sina enjoys spending time with his young family and Labrador, riding his motor scooter and entertaining friends. He is also a keen football supporter, in particular Arsenal.
