Jamie is the Managing Director of DWF in Australia. He is based in DWF's Brisbane office and oversees the Australian operation across all sites.

As the Managing Director of DWF in Australia, Jamie is committed to doing things differently for our people and our clients. Recent expansions have seen DWF double in size in Australia, and this in part can be attributed to Jamie's ambition and his dedication to DWF.

In addition to being Managing Director, Jamie also has over 20 years’ experience in Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), Employment Law and Queensland Workers’ Compensation. Jamie has acted for a wide range of corporations in the construction, property, logistics, environmental services, leisure and energy sectors, as well as major state Government agencies and authorities. 

Jamie is also recognised as a leading personal injuries lawyer in Queensland and has been instrumental in developing one of the State’s largest WorkCover and self-insurance practices. This is a testimony to his expertise, client rapport, relationship building and commitment to being directly accessible to his clients at all times.

An accomplished presenter, Jamie is recognised as a respected industry expert having delivered papers at numerous industry seminars and conferences, in particular, to OH&S conferences. 

in 2019, Jamie was the winner of the Lawyers Weekly 'Partner of the Year Award' for the area of Workplace Health & Safety Relations.
