That purpose, for us, is to make a positive difference to the clients, colleagues and the communities within which we live and work. This is what we call Responsible Business.

We are delighted to have been awarded a Gold Level in the Zurich Corporate Responsibility Accreditation scheme.

Diversity & Inclusion is one of the five cornerstones of our People Strategy. We believe that diversity of perspective, background and cultural experience are critical to our ability to sustain critical value.

Community. We are committed to working in partnership with charities and community bodies to support those whom, for whatever reason, have been excluded and help them in their search for work.

  • Business In The Community is our main national partner and we support their “Ready To Work” and “Give and Gain” initiatives

  • Each of our offices runs activities specific to their community.
