Career

Gino is a Senior Associate in our Private Wealth Disputes team with over 15 years of experience assisting in the resolution of high-stake disputes across the private and public sectors.

His practice now focuses on private wealth disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, families, executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Clients value his ability to distil complex issues quickly and focus on what matters most – reaching effective, proportionate outcomes while protecting reputations and preserving relationships where possible.

Gino regularly assists clients and the wider team with estate, trust and inheritance disputes, including claims relating to the validity, construction and rectification of Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel claims and property/trust disputes between former cohabitees (TOLATA).

With a deep and longstanding interest in alternative dispute resolution, Gino has attained accreditation from the internationally recognised Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and accepts instructions as a mediator predominantly in the private wealth disputes sphere.

Gino is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having attained ‘Associate’ status (ACILEX). He is also an Associate Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council and a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA).

Gino has been recognised as an “Associate to Watch” in the Chambers & Partners High-Net-Worth Guides for 2024 and 2025.

In his spare time, Gino enjoys spending time with his family and friends, discovering the delights of Norfolk and Suffolk and making fresh pasta whilst listening to his favourite Spotify playlist.
