Rob specialises in aviation related liability issues, predominantly advising a variety of insured clients and their insurers. Rob also advises clients directly on a range of contentious issues, such as lease disputes, as well as insurance defence claims work. Claims handled range from those relating to baggage, cargo, hull and personal injury issues through to major catastrophe work.

He also has experience of advising airlines on Consumer Regulation issues and has extensive experience of litigation in England & Wales. Rob also manages correspondent lawyers dealing with contentious matters involving legal systems throughout the world, most recently with emphasis in Europe but with previous experience in the Middle East.

He has pursued a number of high profile subrogation actions against aircraft or component manufacturers.
