James leads the firm's specialist accountants' liability team which acts for most of the largest accountancy firms including the Big 4 and the next 10 largest firms. His practice includes regulatory and disciplinary matters against accountants and other professionals. James practised commercial law at the Bar between 1996 and 2002 and currently holds Higher Rights of Audience to appear as an advocate in the Courts of England and Wales.
