Tabitta specialises in dispute resolution, in particular in the areas of Professional Disputes and Insurance. She is regularly instructed by large and medium-sized accountancy firms to assist with the handling of both professional indemnity disputes and regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings. She has particular experience of FRC investigations into the statutory audits of large (groups of) companies by well-known audit firms, has represented audit witnesses in interviews by the FRC and the FCA, and regularly takes part in thought leadership articles and presentations in the context of the various imminent changes in this area. She also has many years’ experience of insurance and general commercial litigation, advising clients in a range of contentious matters from coverage issues to charterparty disputes. Holding a Dutch law degree, Tabitta regularly assists clients to identify the most suitable way of dealing with their Dutch-related matters
