Claire is the Global Head of Healthcare at Clyde & Co. She advises on a range of claims against medical professionals and healthcare providers, with particular expertise in brain injury claims, obstetric claims and those of maximum severity or complexity. Claire is an experienced Inquest Advocate with specialism in complex article 2 inquests (with or without a jury) including high profile maternity deaths. She also advises on a range of healthcare matters including court of protection, CQC prosecutions and clinical governance. Claire is an experienced speaker on healthcare matters.
