Henry is a partner and Head of the SHE & Regulatory practice group and lead the Leeds general liability team.

He is a contact partner for a number of insurers, managing agents and companies and his practice involves advising clients involved in high value claims for damages as well as claims for damages under the Human Rights Act.

He regularly represents clients in corporate manslaughter and HSE prosecutions and investigations. His experience includes dealing with claims involving chronic pain, serious head injuries (including subtle brain injury) and serious spinal injuries.

Henry regularly speaks at seminars on all aspects of health and safety law.
