Kelly's experience includes areas such as complex catastrophic injury costs, commercial costs, fixed costs, costs budgets, Technology & Construction Court and Part 36. She has vast experience in all aspects of cost budgeting, including drafting and defending budgets in excess of £4million. She has conducted numerous costs and case management hearings across the country. Kelly specialises in dealing with costs in complex and high-value catastrophic injury cases which involves dealing with multi-million pound bills.  She has attended over 100 detailed assessment hearings. Since 2000 Kelly has been working exclusively in costs and as a result has a vast experience with conditional fee agreements/ATE policies and the law in relation to both claimants and defendants. She regularly provides training on fixed costs, multi-track costs and Part 36 to a wide range of insurers. Kelly leads the costs team in Southampton. The team provides advice on the full range of costs to clients and lawyers.
