Ben acts for insurers and insureds on a wide range of professional indemnity instructions including accountants, auditors, solicitors, insurance brokers, independent financial advisers, surveyors and construction professionals. He advises on policy coverage. He represents professionals before their professional and regulatory bodies including the HCPC and BACP. Ben also advises educational establishments in claims they face. His experience includes handling complex, high value and multi-party claims against professionals with particular interest in early dispute resolution.
