Padi is a senior associate and represents doctors and other healthcare professionals in regulatory investigations. Padi has significant experience in defending healthcare professionals having previously been an in-house lawyer at the Royal College of Nursing, where she represented nurses in fitness to practice investigations and hearings. Padi’s healthcare regulatory experience includes prosecution work having previously worked at the HCPC.  Padi also advises doctors and NHS Trusts in inquests and had a breadth of knowledge of the healthcare sector.
